Paradise Cottages
Paradise Cottages offers 7 two-person private cottages, located next to the village of Vík in South Iceland. All the cottages are fully-equipped, with a small veranda and a double bedroom. Free parking is available outside the cottages.
The cottages are ideally located for travellers exploring South Iceland as many of the region’s most popular natural attractions are located within driving distance.
The village Vík is only around 6 minute’s drive from Paradise Cottages. There you will have access to all necessary services, such as a grocery store, bank, health care and a local swimming pool.

Frequently asked questions
What amenities are there in the cottages?
In the kitchen, you will have access to a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, a fridge, and cooking basics. In the bathroom, you will find towels, toiletries, hangers and a hairdryer. Bed linens are included and Wifi is available in the cottage as well.
When and how can I check in / check out?
You can check in to your cottages from 5 pm – midnight on the day of your arrival. You will get information about how you access the cottages by email 3 days prior to your arrival.
Please check out before 11 on the day of your departure.
How do I get to Paradise Cottages?
From Reykjavík, you will take route 1 southbound and drive route 1 for 175 km, or around 2 hours and 10 minutes. If you reach the village of Vík you have gone too far and will have to go back 6 km.

Paradise Cottages is a self-catering accommodation. Vík is located nearby within 6 minute’s drive and there you will have access to all necessary services.
